3WW #75

by

Welcome to the 75th edition of 3 Word Wednesday. I never imagined it would last this long. But it has. Unless I’m dreaming. Which would be weird–to be dreaming about blogging. Not that it would be the first time.

Anyway, last week was our biggest number of participants ever. Thank you all for playing and helping to keep 3WW interesting. I encourage you to read others’ entries if you have time. It’s fascinating to me how three little words can take people so many different places.

This week’s words are:

Apology
Consider
Distant

Simon’s getting busier by the day, so he decides to take time off for a day trip. And what luck I had two of today’s words already in piece. So little editing needed.

  30. Linda Jacobs Says:

The entry looks like a poem but, really it’s just a little whine. I so needed to get it off my chest. Sometimes writing about something is like a snake shedding its skin. I feel better already. Okay, I might have exaggerated just a wee bit, but, damn, it felt good!

Thanks for these perfect words, Bone!

Thanks, Bone, for another three great words. I don’t know how all you guys do it on Wednesday; I’ve got to give a little thought to the words, roll them around on my tongue a bit, get their taste, meaning. Anyway, looking forward to a few days of reading.

I’ll let you decide if this was ingenious or just plain lazy but I decided to complete three of this week’s assignements in one poem. So here for your consideration are the Poefusion Friday 5 and 3WW in the ReadWritePoem requested Pantoum form.

I very much enjoyed this form because it did help me pace the development of the sentiment expressed. Without the constraints, the revelation would probably have come too fast.
