Congratulations to Pia for writing the cover story in the latest edition of the Long Island Press. I’ve been trying to understand Pia for a long time, around three blog years, I think. Also, I don’t think I’ve mentioned it here yet, but I had a story accepted and included in the blog book, You’re Not The Only One. It was actually a piece I’d written for 3WW one week. Proceeds from sale of the book benefit Warchild, an organization which works to help children around the world affected by war.

And I bought what I call Bone’s book. My copy automtically opened to his story the first time I opened it.
It answered that age old question. Can a blog post be better in a book?

I just wanted to make a comment to Pia about her article.
I, too, have NLD. I was ALWAYS the clumsy kid who “fell off the floor” (I can now joke a bit about it because I’m OK with it!)
This was a GREAT article. It was like you were narrating directly from my life experiences. I used to live in Seattle, but it was too much for me. I moved into a suburb of Seattle (because I still love the rain!) in order to decompress the stress and stimulus in my life.
