My use of the words is kind of awkward in relation to the story I wrote. Whether or not this is a good thing is for you to decide.

To err is human, but To Really Foul Things Up requires a computer.

  9. Larry Says:

Ok, Thom challenged me last time to a Fiction 58. In fact, he ‘double-dog’ dared me. I was distracted by how closely optimize and efficient related. But I got past that…
    see http://www.lifewithoutclots.blogspot.com/2009/05/3ww4-05202009.html for my 58.

  11. Larry Says:

    Thom,
Hat Creek Resort has 4 yurts this season. Our Creek Side unit slept 2 (had chairs) and the other 3 sleep 5 (1 queen and 1 bunk with full lower/twin upper). It was Katie’s first exposure to camping. It had all the dirt and dust of real camping, but with tv, cooler, micro and WiFi, it was hardly rugged (it did not have water, so the night time trips were a little unsettling).

    I hope this works
    Happy Anniversary

Tough words for haiku this week. Did my best while participating in conference calls. (God bless the MUTE button on the telephone.)

Thanks Thom, all around. Not really new although it may appear so since it has been a while.

I’m getting ready to go out of town, so I may not get to very many other posts this week. I promise to at least return comments to anyone who leaves me one, though.

Here’s this week’s offering, the finale of the Werewolf Strike series: Werewolf Strike, Part Five

If you like what you see, drop by daily for the next two weeks. The band will be going on tour while I’m on vacation, and they’ll be blogging their (mis)adventures.

  31. TD Says:

I almost feel out of practice with American Sentences. So here are a couple with what I thought to be rather challenging words:

OK, I felt bad for taking a story from the archive for 3WW (even though it’s one of my favorite pieces). So, I’ve written a fresh 3WW for Thursday. Come check it out:

I’m not even sure what day of the week it is! This is really lame, and it really hurt to get something out with these words! UGH! But it is here, and if I have more energy I may take this into something a little more. But I wanted to participate! I’ll be back to read everyone’s submissions over the weekend.

    Short and sweet.
