For some odd reason, WordPress has been detecting some contributors as spam. I’ll be manually watching the queue to make sure that doesn’t happen. Oh, and I was in a mood:

i noticed that in my settings it says something like, “mark comments with 2 or more hyperlinks as spam.” and you can change the number of comments there…so it could have to do with that.

i’m not a wordpress expert or anything. (and i’ve totally been slacking on the 3ww! i’ll see what i can do this week.)

  17. Mark Says:

Hi all. Thanks to those who worked through the confusion of last week. Due to the problems I’ve had commenting on Blogger posts using my LiveJournal OpenID, I created a WordPress Blog for my prompt and community writing.

Here’s my entry for this week.

I resisted writing about the little elf that saves Christmas when an evil business tycoon attempts a hostile takeover of Santa’s workshop with the help of an elf on the inside: Fickle, who is loyal only to the highest bidder. But Fickle’s plans are thwarted when Wrinkle is added to the plot, and in the end Sparkle’s brilliance saves the day.

Like I said, I resisted writing that. Instead, I think I did pretty well with this week’s haiku. Despite being slammed this week, I hope to make the rounds. I’m sorry I missed out last week.

  21. Larry Says:

I’m back. No excuses other than the word generator seemed to dry up.
    see http://www.lifewithoutclots.blogspot.com/2009/06/3ww-for-june-24.html for this week.

It was a challenge to not make a rhyme or two with this week’s words! I decided to continue with a backstory of sorts about the ring that Young Master Tyrus surprised me with (last week’s Fiction Friday entry).

I tried to sleep, but these words would not leave my brain. So at 1 AM I crawled out of bed to write. I hope it is worth it. And that my connection goes through.

  37. 2cats Says:

Goll darnit. It didn’t go through. Am I in the junk pile again? Am I doing something wrong each week that I can’t leave a link?
